This Area is for Fitness Camp and Sports Registration Only. For Arts, Acting & Karate programs, you may only submit the registration form online, but need to pay in person, as their online payment is currently unavailable.

For the Fitness & Fun Camp, the cost is $200 per 4-week session, sports activities are $65 each season online or $67 in person not at the office, but during the free clinic events. For these activities, you may register and pay on our web site or register only. However, if you register without paying, we can cannot guarantee your registration until a payment is received. If you choose to pay online, we accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
